Neelamalai Agro Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 February 2015, has approved the following:

1. Resignation of B. B. Medaiah & M. M. Karunakaran from the Board of Directors w.e.f. the close of office hours on 05 February 2015.

2. Appointment of T. M. Harikumar as Company Secretary & Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
