Pioneer Agro Extracts announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 August 2014 has:1. Accepted the resignation of Ashwini Kumar as Compliance officer of the Company and he ceased to be Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. closing working hours of 22 August 2014.
2. Considered and Approved the appointment of Sahil Mahajan as Company Secretary of the Company as per section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 with effect from 22 August 2014 and he will further act as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 22 August 2014.
3. Considered and Approved the appointment of Shyam Manohar Parashar as Chief Finance Officer of the Company as per section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 with effect from 22 August 2014.
4. Approved Notice to convene the Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 September 2014 at 11.30 A.M. at the registered office of the Company Situated at Chhoti Nehar, Malakpur, Pathakot-145025 (Punjab).
