Outcome of board meeting of Shree Nath Commercial & Finance

Shree Nath Commercial & Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 August 2014, inter alia, has discuss and approved the followings;

1. Re-appointment of Viral Bhatt, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment.

2. Re-appointment of M/s. Pravin Chandak & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditor of the Company.

3. Regularized the appointment of Madhu Rajkumar Goel as a Director of the Company.

4. Regularized the appointment of Viral Bhatt, as a Director of the Company.

5. Increase in Borrowing Powers of the Board of Directors under Section 180(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013, upto Rs. 100 crore subject to the approval of Members at ensuring Annual General Meeting of the Company.

6. Creation of Security under Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 in connection with the borrowings of the Company, subject to the approval of Members at ensuring Annual General Meeting of the Company.
