Sunrise Asian announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 January 2015 has approved the following businesses:1. Sonal Singhal was appointed as a Compliance officer cum Company secretary.
2. The registered office of the Company was shifted from its current address to 913, Raheja Center, Free Press Journal Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400021.
3. To investment upto Rs. 13 crore in the form of debt / equity securities including advancing of loan and issuing guarantees in various Companies.
