Outcome of board meeting of Sunrise Asian

Sunrise Asian announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 January 2015 has approved the following businesses:

1. Sonal Singhal was appointed as a Compliance officer cum Company secretary.

2. The registered office of the Company was shifted from its current address to 913, Raheja Center, Free Press Journal Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400021.

3. To investment upto Rs. 13 crore in the form of debt / equity securities including advancing of loan and issuing guarantees in various Companies.
