Outcome of board meeting of Tirupati Starch & Chemicals

Tirupati Starch & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2015, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following matters:

1. The Board has considered and taken on record, the commencement of Commercial Production in the expanded unit of the Company, situated at Village Sejiwaya Ghatabillod, Dist. Dhar, M. P.

2. Satish Mangal, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board with effect from 01 June 2015.
