Paushak announces change in company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 31 May 2018

Paushak announced that Charandeep Singh Saluja has resigned from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. 31 May, 2018. The company has appointed Manisha Saraf is appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 1 June, 2018 on the terms and conditions as per her appointment letter.
