Pidilite Industries incorporates JV named Pidilite Grupo Puma Manufacturing

On 13 January 2020

Pidilite Industries has incorporated a joint venture company in the name of Pidilite Grupo Puma Manufacturing (PGPML) on 13 January 2020 to carry on the business of manufacturing, processing and distribution of technical mortars and other materials used in construction etc.

The Company shall hold 50% of the paid-up share capital and management control of PGPML.
