PNC Infratech intimates of upgradation in credit ratings of subsidary

PNC Infratech announced that CARE has upgraded credit ratings on the bank facilities of its subsidiary, PNC Raebareli Highways as follows -

Long term bank facilities (Senior Debt) (Rs 628 crore) - CARE A- (CARE BBB)
Long term bank facilities (Subordinate Debt) (Rs 69.80) - CARE BBB+ (CARE BBB-)
