Power Grid Corporation of India (POWERGRID) has transferred balance 26% equity shareholding of POWERGRID Vizag Transmission (PVTL) to PGlnvlT on 31 March 2022 at a consideration of Rs. 330.78 crore after adjustments of dividend received by POWERGRID from PVTL. With this, POWERGRID has Nil shareholding in PVTL; andPOWERGRID has relinquished its right on additional revenue accruing to POWERGRID Parli Transmission, POWERGRID Warora Transmission and POWERGRID Jabalpur Transmission to PGlnvlT on 31 March 2022 against aggregate consideration of Rs.304.15 crore.
