Prism Informatics allots NCCPs

Prism Informatics has announced that board of directors of the company had approved the following by Circular Resolution:

Allotment of 2% 6,30,000 Non - Cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference shares (NCCP's - V) of Rs 100 each at par to Megh Leasing and Investments on a preferential allotment basis against conversion of unsecured loan.

Allotment of 2% 30,000 Non - Cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference shares (NCCP's - V) of Rs 100 each at par to Dr Ramesh Subramaniam person belonging to promoter and promoter group on a preferential allotment basis against cash.
