Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals announced about the following changes in the Company's Directorate:1. Appointment of Anirudh Tewari, IAS, Principal Secretary, Industries & Commerce, as Director & Chairman on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 18 May 2015 consequent upon his appointment as Director with effect from 18 May 2015 by Board in its meeting held on 26 May 2015, due to his nomination by Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation as Director and Chairman under the provisions of Article 129(a) and 159(1) of the Articles of Association of the Company, in place of D. P. Reddy, IAS, with effect from 18 May 2015.
2. Cessation of D. P. Reddy as Chairman & Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 18 May 2015 consequent upon his resignation dated 18 May 2015 due to withdrawal of his nomination by Punjab State industrial Development Corporation under the provisions of Article 129(a) and 159(1) of the Articles of Association of the Company w.e.f. 18 May 2015.
