Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals announced that the Company has been informed by the Directorate of Public Enterprises and Disinvestment, Department of Finance, Govt. of Punjab that the Core Group of Officers on Disinvestment, Punjab in its meeting held on 13 August 2014, had decided on disinvestment by the Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation of its 44.26% stake in Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals (PACL).Powered by Capital Market - Live News
