Punjab National Bank announces cessation of director

With effect from 28 October 2014

Punjab National Bank announced that K. R. Kamath, Chairman and Managing Director has demitted the office of the Chairman and Managing Director of the Bank with effect from 28 October 2014 on completion of his tenure of five years on 27 October 2014.
