Rajvir Industries to hold board meeting

Rajvir Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 July 2015, to consider allotment of shares on preferential basis to Upender Kumar Agarwal and associates against the monies brought in by them into the Company as per the CDR sanctioned by the Corporate Debt Restructuring Cell, & to fix the date for convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
