Rama Phosphates standalone net profit rises 510.26% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 8.73% to Rs 122.39 crore

Net profit of Rama Phosphates rose 510.26% to Rs 2.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 0.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 8.73% to Rs 122.39 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 112.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 2.11% to Rs 8.24 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 8.07 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 3.94% to Rs 373.74 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 389.05 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
