Ranbaxy Laboratories allots equtiy shares
To Ranbaxy ESOP Trust
Ranbaxy Laboratories announced that the Allotment Committee of Directors at its meeting held on 25 November 2014, allotted 450,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 5 each for cash at par to Ranbaxy ESOP Trust (Trust), set up to administer Ranbaxy Employee Stock Option Plan - 2011. The Trust would allocate the shares to the employees of the Company and its subsidiaries on exercise of stock options from time to time under Ranbaxy Employee Stock Option Plan - 2011.The paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 425,022,900 Equity Shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating Rs. 2,125,114,500/-
