RGAM Investment Advisers completes exit from Religare Portfolio Managers and Advisors

Religare Enterprises announced that RGAM Investment Advisers, Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company, has completed its exit from Religare Portfolio Managers and Advisors ("RPMA"). The transaction was closed on 14 July 2016 following the receipt of all required regulatory approvals.
