RT Exports will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 June 2014, to consider the resignation of Yogesh Dawda as director of the company, the appointment of Asha Dawda as an additional director of the company, the resignation of Vishnu Singh from the office of Chief Financial Officer of the company, and the appointment of Bhavik R Bhimjyani to the office of Chief Financial Officer of the company.
