Rungta Irrigation standalone net profit rises 136.92% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 2.90% to Rs 19.86 crore

Net profit of Rungta Irrigation rose 136.92% to Rs 1.54 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 0.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 2.90% to Rs 19.86 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 19.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 73.68% to Rs 2.31 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1.33 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 2.23% to Rs 62.60 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 64.03 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
