Safari Industries (India) announced that Sudhir Jatia, Managing Director of the Company in exercise of the power granted to him by the Board of Directors of the Company has executed an agreement to acquire trademark and goodwill of the brands 'Genius', "Magnum', 'Activa', 'Orthofit', 'DBH', 'Egonauts', 'Gscape' and 'Genie' owned by Genius Leathercraft.
