Sakthi Finance announces resignation of director

With effect from 14 January 2015

Sakthi Finance announced that S Ragothaman has resigned as Independent Director of the Company with effect from 14 January 2015 due to personal reasons.

The Board of Directors, at their meeting held on 17 January 2015 have accepted his resignation and taken on record his letter of resignation.
