Samruddhi Realty to hold board meeting

Samruddhi Realty will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 18 July 2016 to consider the proposal to issue Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis aggregating to Rs. 75 Crores (Rupees Seventy Five Crores Only) in different tranches.
