Shemaroo Entertainment announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 22 July 2016

Shemaroo Entertainment announced that Ankit Singh has resigned from the post of Company Secretary with effect from close of business hours of 22 July 2016. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Ankit Singh also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company.
