Shree Digvijay Cement Co. allots 5.10 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Shree Digvijay Cement Co. has allotted 5,10,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 16 per share (including premium of Rs 6 per share) under ESOP.

The paid up share capital of the company has increased to 14,31,96,278 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
