Suzlon Energy allots equity shares

On 18 November 2014

Suzlon Energy announced that the Securities Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 November 2014 has approved the allotment of securities as under -

Allotment of 2,98,00,856 equity shares of Rs 2 each on conversion of 7,650 USD 546,916,000 Step-up Convertible Bonds due July 2019 and allotment of 7,11,50,361 equity shares of Rs 2 each to CDR lenders as per CDR package on preferential basis.

Post the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 634.31 crore dividend into 317,15,84,167 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
