For migration of 3 FM radio stations from Phase II to Phase III

T.V. Today Network has received from Ministry of Information and Broadcasting an offer letter dated 20 April 2017, for migration of three FM radio stations of the Company (Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai) from Phase II to Phase III subject to, inter-alia, the following: (i) Execution of Grant of Permission Agreement (GOPA) for migration of the three FM radio station to Phase III.
