Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers net profit rises 101.08% in the March 2013 quarter
Capital MarketNet profit of Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers rose 101.08% to Rs 41.12 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 20.45 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 2.86% to Rs 565.25 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 549.55 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.
For the Audited full year,net profit declined 16.03% to Rs 91.48 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 108.94 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 21.35% to Rs 1803.96 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 1486.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
