Tata Communications announces withdrawal of Govt. nominee directors

With effect from 10 May 2021

Tata Communications announced that Dr. Rajesh Sharma and Dr. Maruthi Prasad Tangirala, directors, have resigned from their directorships of the Company with effect from 10 May, 2021 consequent to Government of India selling-off its entire stake of 26.12% in the Company and withdrawal of their nominations by the Department of Telecommunications.
