Tejas Networks has allotment 69,308 equity shares under ESOP. Consequent to the allotment made on 24 December 2020, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 92,80,19,440 /- divided into 9,28,01,944 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each from Rs 92,73,26,360 /- divided into 9,27,32,636 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.
