Tinplate Company of India announces cessation of nominee director
With effect from 17 December 2014
Tinplate Company of India announced that the Life Insurance Corporation of India has withdrawn its nomination of B N Samal from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 17 December 2014.In view of the above, Samal has ceased to be the nominee Director of LIC on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 17 December 2014.
