Tinplate Company of India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 April 2015 to consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2014-15 on the 8.5% Non-Cumulative Optionally Convertible Preference Shares and Equity Shares of the Company.
