Tivoli Construction announced that keeping in mind the provisions of Section 149 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013, with regard to Appointment of Woman Director in all Listed Companies, at the Board Meeting of the Company held on 25 March 2015, Shanti Raheja has been appointed as an Additional Director (Promoter Category, Non-Executive Director) of the Company.
