Tourism Finance Corporation of India appoints director

With effect from 14 June 2016

Tourism Finance Corporation of India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Justice (Retd.) Rekha Sharma as an Additional Director of the Company in the category of Independent Directors with effect from 14 June 2016 for a period of 3 years subject to the approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
