Tube Investments of India announced that the Company has on 10 September 2015 allotted 36,593 equity shares of Rs.2/- each under various the ESOS 2007.With this allotment, the number of equity shares outstanding has increased from 18,71,82,329 to 18,72,18,922 and the paid up equity share capital from Rs 37,43,64,658 to Rs 37,44,37,844.
