Unichem Laboratories net profit declines 1.77% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales decline 1.55% to Rs 237.49 crore

Net profit of Unichem Laboratories declined 1.77% to Rs 30.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 31.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 1.55% to Rs 237.49 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 241.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 36.55% to Rs 176.97 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 129.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 3.22% to Rs 1028.92 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 996.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
