United Drilling Tools announces resignation of director

With effect from 15 September 2014

United Drilling Tools announced that:-

1. C. P. Sharma who was appointed as director of the Company with effect from 15 March 2013 has been resigned from the directorship of the Company due to his personal reason with effect from 15 September 2014.

2. R. S. Dani & Co has been appointed as statutory auditor of the Company with effect from 11 November 2014.
