Uttam Value Steels will hold its board meeting on 21 February 2014 to approve the preferential allotment of certain equity shares to strategic investors u/s. 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956, subject to shareholders' approval, read with the applicable rules and regulations issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India, relevant stock exchanges and other applicable laws for the time being in force.
