Vaarad Ventures announces change in company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 23 July 2018

Vaarad Ventures announced the appointment of Rajesh Babarao Kadu as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 23 July, 2018 in place of Ishita Pravin Shah who was appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 22 September, 2016 and who has resigned with effect from 23 July 2018.
