Net profit of Ventura Textiles declined 96.16% to Rs 0.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 5.99 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 44.44% to Rs 0.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 0.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 99.13% to Rs 0.02 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 2.31 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 44.44% to Rs 0.05 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 0.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
