Waterbase announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held on 25 November 2016, inter alia, considered and approved the following :- On the recommendation made by Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, the Board has appointed R Sureshkumar as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 01 December 2016 in place of S Giridhari, the current Chief Financial Officer, on his attaining superannuation.
