At least eleven people, including women and children, were killed and 15 others injured Monday in two road accidents in Bihar, police said.
Six people were killed and nine others injured when a truck rammed into their vehicle near Jagdishpur in Bhojpur district.
"The victims were returning from Allahabad to Patna," a police official said.
In the other accident, five people were killed and six others injured when their vehicle collided with another in Buniadganj in Gaya. "The victims were returning to their village after attending a marriage," police said.
All the injured have been admitted to various hospitals.
