Eleven new faces will fulfill their dreams of walking the runway at the upcoming edition of Amazon India Fashion Week (AIFW) 2016.
Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) conducted female model auditions after a nation-wide hunt for the AIFW spring-summer 2016, to be held from October 7 to October 11, at the NSIC Grounds here on Thursday evening.
The judges were veteran designers Ashish Soni, Rohit Gandhi, Paras Bairoliya and Amit Aggarwal and ace choreographers Aparna Bahl and Vidyun Singh, said a statement.
The models were evaluated on poise, self-confidence, attitude, elegance and a winning personality.
"The FDCI has set a new benchmark for selection with 11 future ramp-scorchers picked by the jury, who are all set for the runway presentations. This has made our online campaign #GetNoticed truly successful," said president FDCI Sunil Sethi.
