At least 18 people were killed and more than 40 injured Monday in a bus accident in Nepal.
According to police officials, the bus was heading from Kalikot district to Kailali, Xinhua reported.
Officials said the bus had a capacity of 36 passengers but it was carrying 68 passengers which may be one reason for the accident.
Fourteen people were killed on the spot while four died on the way to hospital.
A probe has been launched to determine the actual cause of the accident.
