At least 21 people were killed on Sunday in a fire in a psychiatric hospital in the Voronezh region of Russia, an official source said.
"Nineteen dead bodies were recovered at the fire site, two died in hospital," Tass news agency quoted an official of the emergencies ministry's regional centre as saying.
"Rescuers have been searching for the two missing," the official said. The cause of the fire remains yet unclear.
At least 55 people have been evacuated from the building. A total of 21 people were hospitalised.
A probe into the tragedy has been launched by Russia's Investigation Committee.
