Acer India Tuesday launched world's smallest tablet Iconia W3 in the country with Windows 8 operating system.
"It is a touch-enabled 8.1 inch tablet. With portability and mobility being the key focus areas of the company, these devices are designed to appeal to consumers across genres," company managing director Harish Kohli said here.
The company expects 80 percent of its products to be on touch technology by 2015.
The product will be priced in India at Rs.30,499. "We are now offering a launch special price of Rs.27,999 for a month," S. Rajendran, chief marketing officer of the company, said.
It also launched the Aspire P3 ultrabook and Aspire R7 touch-and-type laptop.
