"American Idol" star Adam Lambert has confessed that he has slept with male celebrities, who are not openly gay.
"I've been with a few of them," Lambert told Glamour magazine. However, he did not name who those male celebrities were, reports aceshowbiz.com.
"Whether it's music or acting, you've got to remember that those industries are primarily run by men, so maybe it's about that," he said on the possible reason why those men refused to come out of the closet and confirm their sexuality.
"But with women being the primary moviegoers and record-buyers, surely it shouldn't matter so much," he added.
Lambert, who came into limelight after he was chosen as the runner-up on the eight season of "American Idol", is having his new album "The Original High" hitting the stores on June 16.
Earlier last week, he debuted the full lyric video of one of its singles titled "Ghost Town". In addition to the track, the upcoming record will include collaborations with Tove Lo and rock band Queen's Brian May.
