Adani Enterprises and China's largest private green energy company Golden Concord Holdings Ltd (GCL) Group have signed an agreement for cooperation in the energy sector which includes construction of an industrial park, a statement said on Friday.
The agreement entails cooperation in green energy sector, petroleum logistics and photovoltaic industries and plans to set up a complete photovoltaic (PV) industry chain in Mundra, Gujarat, GCL said in a statement.
"GCL's agreement with Adani Group is smooth and we will inform the market of what we achieve from this pact," said its chairman Zhu Gongshan.
