BJP patriarch L.K. Advani on Thursday expressed his displeasure over the release of a book titled "Advani ke sath 32 Saal", saying it was published against his wishes.
"It has come to our notice that a book titled 'Advani ke sath 32 Saal', authored by Vishwambhar Srivastava, published by Anil Prakashan, Delhi, is being released on July 22 (Friday).
"It may be worthy to note that this book does not have the consent of L.K. Advani and has been published against his wishes," Deepak Chopra, secretary to Advani, said in a statement.
BJP leader and Rajya Sabha member Subramanian Swamy has been invited to release the book, while another BJP MP R.K. Sinha has been invited to preside over the book release function.
