Telecom operator Aircel on Friday launched 3G services in Himachal Pradesh.
Customers can now use high-speed mobile internet with an average speed of upto two Mbps, Airecel's business head Deepinder Tiwana told reporters here.
About the growth of mobile data users, he said: "We've witnessed a sharp rise in data users in the last one year, which clearly demonstrated the need for 3G."
The company has also introduced two 3G data packs.
