Audience will love Pandiarajan's scientist role: Anbarasan

Debutant director Anbarasan says veteran actor Pandiarajan's role as a scientist in the upcoming Tamil comedy "Aaivukoodam" will leave audiences in splits.

"Audiences are going to fall in love with his character, which is sure to leave them in splits. He plays a quirky scientist who dedicates his life for a rare experiment for which he's denied permission from the government," Anbarasan told IANS.

The director said he didn't have to struggle to get what he wanted from Pandiarajan.

"He has great comic timing. I wanted him to bring some eccentricity in his performance because he plays a scientist. I think he's still got lot of untapped potential ready to be used," he said.

Pandiarajan plays a role called Martin Leo in the film, which features Ganapathy and Sathyashree in the lead roles.
